Booking and Payment Terms
Supreme Airlines is a non-scheduled operator. An itinerary does not constitute a contract of carriage
Bookings and payments can be made at the following points of sale
Payments can be made online on www.supremeairlines.com website through Credit Master Card / VISA Card, Debit Card, Net banking and at the Airline Call Centre. International (Non-Indian) Credit Cards are accepted at Supreme Airlines website
Note
Personal cheques issued by the passengers are not accepted by Supreme Airlines- Passengers should check their itinerary for accuracy, and verify their itinerary 24 to 12 hours before the approximate departure of the flight by calling +91 7568651797
- Supreme Airlines does not permit any open dated bookings, Supreme Airlines books only for its non-schedule operations
Fare Rules
Supreme Airlines fares are quoted in Indian Rupees (Rs or INR)
- All passengers must carry a valid photo ID proof if the ticket is purchased by a credit card, with which the boarding will be denied
- Ticket is non-transferable. A person shall not be entitled to be carried on a flight unless that he/she presents a valid ticket duly issued in accordance with
Supreme Airlines Regulations
- The updation of number of bags to be carried as checked in baggage closes 1 hours prior departure
- The purchase of tickets by web is allowed up to 3 hours prior departure
- Rebooking /rescheduling of the ticket is only possible upto 24 hours prior to scheduled departure. In case of rebooking or cancellations, please call the call Center

- Frisking of persons and checking of hand bags is mandatory and the guests are requested to cooperate with the staff
Once ticket is purchased, fare will not change; provided, however, any request for subsequent change in the booking or routing shall be Fares booked through www.supremeairlines.com are bound by the same terms and conditions as applicable to all other Supreme Airlines bookings
An additional, non-refundable convenience fee will be levied on all cash & online payments made through Net banking / Credit / Debit Cards
Cancellations & Rebooking

Cancellation will be permitted up to 24 hours prior to the advised flight time mentioned in the booking. A fee of Rs 2500 + Convenience Fee will be charged towards cancellation fee as printed on the ticket or applicable on that fare as per the Airline policy. No refund will be admissible for any cancellation within 24 hours of the advised flight time. Rebooking will also be permitted up to 24 hours prior to the advised flight time. For any change to an existing booking the original ticket will be cancelled subject to the cancellation charges and a fresh booking will be made subject to availability. Deposits made by agents are non-refundable
Bookings are not transferable. If someone other than the customer entitled to be carried there under attempts to travel, or to obtain a refund in connection therewith, Supreme Airlines shall not be liable to the customer so entitled if in good faith it provides carriage or makes a refund to the said person
Baggage Rules
Supreme Airlines reserves the right to refuse carriage of any item that does not comply with the Regulations. Passengers would be allowed to carry such luggage as allowed by BCAS and/or applicable authority. Lost baggage & compensation
Supreme Airlines is not liable for any loss or damage occasioned by delay in the carriage by air of Baggage. Carrier assumes no liability for fragile or perishable articles
Checking In For a Flight
Passenger check-in at the airport begins 1 hour and closes 40 minutes prior to the estimated departure time of non-schedule operating flight. The boarding gate will be closed 30 minutes before estimated departure time of such non-schedule operating flights
The following are considered to be valid photo identification documents:
- 1. Valid Passport
- 2. PAN Card
- 3. Election Photo Identification Card
- 4. Driving License
- 5. Photo identity card issued by the employer, being government and reputed private sector organisations
- 6. Children travelling on Supreme Airlines should carry their school identification cards or any other photo identification proof along with them
- 7. Valid birth certificates of infants need to be produced at the time of check-in for age proof
Passengers who cannot provide sufficient identification will be denied boarding
Passengers who are unwell or pregnant will require a medical certificate from a licensed medical practitioner certifying they are fit for air travel on that day. Supreme Airlines reserves the right to deny boarding to Passengers who it considers to be medically unfit to travel and who do not have appropriate medical certification
Security Screening
As required by applicable law, all Passengers will be subjected to a security screening prior to boarding the aircraft
A secondary security check may also be carried out near the step ladder/boarding gate before embarkation as stipulated by BCAS or Police
Flight Delays, Reschedule & Cancellations
Supreme Airlines reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or delay the commencement or continuance of a flight or to alter the stopping place or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person whatsoever
Supreme Airlines reserves the right to cancel or delay a flight without prior notice
Circumstances beyond Supreme Airlines control can include, without limitation, weather; air traffic control; mechanical failures; acts of terrorism; acts of nature; force majeure; strikes; riots; wars; hostilities; disturbances; governmental regulations, orders, demands or requirements; shortages of critical manpower, parts or materials; labour unrest; etc
Supreme Airlines does not connect to other airlines and is not responsible for any losses incurred by Customers while trying to connect to or from other airlines
Please note that in the event of flight delay, reschedule or cancellation;
Supreme Airlines will not be liable for any loss incurred due to flight cancellation or rescheduling and the passengers will not be provided any additional benefits
Security Regulations
According to security regulations, guests are advised:
- Not to accept any packets from unknown persons
- Not leave baggage unobserved at any time, especially within airport area
- To declare before baggage screening/check-in if carrying any arms or explosive substance
- Battery cells /Dry cells carried in the hand baggage or any electrical/electronic items are liable to be removed. The same could be carried in the registered baggage
Prohibited Articles
Carriage of dry cell batteries, knives, alcohol, scissors, sharp instruments, tools, fire arms, ammunition and their replicas are prohibited in the guest cabin
Valuable items
Currency, precious metals, jewelry, negotiable instruments, securities, personal identification documents and other items of value, are best carried with the guests in the cabin
Restricted Articles

Non Smoking Flights
As per the guidelines of the Regulatory Bodies, smoking is strictly forbidden on the flight
